Este viernes 30 de junio, el Centro Tecnológico para la Innovación Alimentaria Zona Sur recibió la visita de una decena de emprendedores y emprendedoras beneficiarios de Sercotec de Villarrica – que atiende a MiPymes de Villarrica, Loncoche, Curarrehue y Pucón, quienes pudieron conocerlas fortalezas y capacidades tecnológicas que ofrece la planta de CeTA ubicada en la Universidad de La Frontera.
La Visita Técnica de usuarios de Sercotec se desarrolló en dependencias del Instituto de Agroindustrias e inició con una introducción detallada sobre CeTA, su función como centro tecnológico y su enfoque en el desarrollo y transformación de alimentos. A continuación, se realizó una visita guiada al área de Packaging, donde los asistentes pudieron conocer de cerca el equipamiento utilizado para el empaquetado de productos.
La jornada culminó en la planta piloto, donde se presentaron los productos desarrollados por CeTA y se ofreció una demostración de las capacidades tecnológicas del centro. Entre los asistentes se encontraban Paul Margot, Director de Sercotec Villarrica y Tomás Mera,Asesor de Negocios de Sercotec Villarrica, que lideraban el grupo de pymes beneficiarias del Centro de Negocios, los que se dedican a elaborar productos como carnes ahumadas, mermeladas sin azúcar, productos fermentados, humus, concentrados de maqui, hierbas medicinales, entre otros, así como aquellos con la visión de emprender en el futuro cercano. Los asistentes participaron activamente en el evento, el cual para muchos de ellos abre diversas posibilidades de innovación y desarrollo tecnológico para hacer crecer sus negocios: “Lo más destacable diría que es la participación, la motivación y el entusiasmo que se genera en este tipo de actividades entre los asistentes, ya que se les abre un abanico de posibilidades de desarrollo, de potenciar sus emprendimientos a través de la Innovación. Estas iniciativas son de alta importancia y es parte de la misión de CeTA Alimentos, porque sirve para fomentar el desarrollo de la industria alimentaria en la región, que es bajo”, señaló María Carolina Beckdorf, Jefa de Innovación de CeTA Alimentos Zona Sur.
