Durante este 2022 hemos recibido a destacadas
personalidades e instituciones vinculadas a los sectores académicos y alimentarios, donde hemos podido compartir experiencias y proyectar trabajos conjuntos para fortalecer el desarrollo de la innovación en la industria.
En CeTA estamos convencidos de que el trabajo colaborativo con diversas instituciones, de distintas partes del mundo, fortalece los vínculos de la academia con la industria alimentaria. La difusión de los avances que se logran gracias a la dedicada labor de especialistas de diversas latitudes ayuda a la investigación, el desarrollo y la innovación a nivel planetario.
Es por ello que durante este 2022 nuevamente hemos recibido a destacadas personalidades y organizaciones del sector alimentario y de la educación, donde hemos podido compartir experiencias y proyectar iniciativas conjuntas para enfrentar futuros desafíos.
De esta forma, durante mayo recibimos desde Estados Unidos a una delegación de estudiantes de la Escuela de Negocios de Wharton, quienes conocieron de voz de sus fundadores algunos emprendimientos nacionales que llegaron al mercado estadounidense y que han trabajado con el CeTA, como PolyNatural Chile y Yari Drinks.
También desde Estados Unidos, en junio nos visitaron estudiantes de MBA de la George Mason University, quienes pudieron ver el trabajo que realiza CeTA con emprendedores y empresas del sector alimentario en el Centro de Innovación en Carén, donde además se interiorizaron en cómo avanzamos cada día más hacia la innovación y el desarrollo de productos con enfoque saludable, etiqueta limpia y economía circular.
En ese mismo mes, desde Arabia Saudita nos acompañó una delegación de King Abdullah University Technology, que recorrió nuestro Centro en Carén y presenció cómo aceleramos la innovación en alimentos con I + D, junto al pilotaje de nuevos productos.
Además, en junio también contamos con la presencia de diferentes startups de Brasil en nuestro Centro de Innovación en Carén, que junto al secretario de la Embajada de Brasil para el Sector de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación, Leandro Rocha; pudieron observar la infraestructura de CeTA y las técnicas empleadas, junto con descubrir cómo contribuimos a diversificar portafolios de productos y añadir valor a lo largo de la cadena productiva.
Desde Colombia, durante septiembre recibimos la visita del gobernador del Departamento del Cauca, Elías Larrahondo, y representantes del Ecosistema de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación (ECoS – CteI) de Colombia, quienes nos acompañaron en conjunto con distintos representantes de la academia y la industria que buscan impulsar el desarrollo sostenible a través de la generación, uso y valoración de los conocimientos, en conexión con el mundo.
Esta agrupación busca generar alianzas que permitan resolver problemáticas, a través de la vinculación estratégica con los actores del ecosistema, por lo que la labor que desempeña CeTA, su forma de operar y los proyectos en los que está trabajando lo convierten en un aliado ideal para este tipo de objetivos.
